This provides a fast, convenient, and affordable integration with business partners and service providers within the same Equinix digital ecosystem. You get highly reliable, extremely low-latency communication, system integration and data exchange.

Location

DCI Data Center is located in Cibitung, inside the homogenous, clean industrial estate with good estate facilities such as apartments, a police station, a fire station, a gas station, restaurants and health clinic for first aid service, and a nearby hospital. The location is chosen for its beneficial features to support high availability data center operation. The electricity in the area is supplied by private company, Cikarang Listrindo with a history of minimal power outages and abundant power capacity. The data center is located in a free-flood and earthquake safe zone as assessed by BMG, with strategic distance of 40 km from Jakarta business district and 5 available routes to reach the data center.

Security

DCI’s physical security was designed to ensure that your data and equipment are safe. This includes making a strict selection to people who wish to access the restricted area, the data center. The data center is surrounded by 3 meters high concrete walls with a segregated gate between people and goods. The center is protected by 3 layers of authentication access control, video surveillance and each data center module is surrounded by a 2 meters high steel fence. DCI has also equipped a Visitor Management System and is regularly audited by a third party for Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment (TVRA). DCI uses an advanced security equipment, techniques, and procedures to control and monitor access to the data centers. People access is restricted into 4 separate areas with specific level of authorities for accessibility between each area. To reach the data centre there are 9 security checkpoints that include manned security stations, mantraps, and biometric readers.
